Are requirements different for senior workers and
those coming out of college?
Everyone entering or meaning to stay in the workforce needs to establish what they are looking for so they can focus on certain objectives and can be helped better by headhunters. So, if does not matter the age group, there are some questions that require attention. People in their sixties and older will benefit from figuring out ahead of time what type of activities they want to do in the coming years and need to answer themselves some questions. Some of the key aspects include the desire to work part-time or find a full-time activity; being an employee with health benefits or a freelancer/contractor. Does the senior have health issues that need to be attended on a regular basis. Also the retiree or soon-to-be-a senior needs to define which one of these is more attractive: working from home or going to a place of employment. In addition, some jobs require work days attendance others weekends and/or holidays. |
